Bob Jamieson Agencies are proud to enter their 21 st year as a privately owned Stock and Station Agency.
We have been based in the northern NSW town of Inverell since 1992.
We have a strong presence in the plains of Moree and Goondiwindi with business partner Ben Hiscox and his family moving to Garah to service our strong clientele in the west. Watch for Ben's report – “Whats Happening out West” on happenings form Moree and Goondiwindi).
Don't be mistaken by our location, we firmly consider Eastern Australia as our office.
We have recently been awarded AuctionsPlus' Best and Fairest award for the second year running for the largest cattle throughput in Australia. We are playing against some pretty big boys. To win this award makes me very proud. It is a total credit to our staff Ben Hiscox, Keiran te Velde, Melissa Hewat, Bailey Gardner, Vanessa Bloxsome and our wonderful loyal clients. Interestingly, we are the only stock agent in mainland Australia to have three level one auctions plus assessors on staff, and are the first to use video as part of all our assessments (a good effort five years ago!)
We are custodians (and joint custodians) in three stud bull sales, Weebollabolla shorthorns, Texas Angus and Tookey Creek and Jarrah Park Santa Gertrudis. It is a pleasure to be associated with such quality, but would not be possible without the superb auctioneering skills of Keiran te Velde and administration skills of Mel Hewat.
BJA are probably best known for it's affiliation with the domestic beef supermarket industry. Once again I am very proud of this. The domestic beef market is our biggest, most important and with the advent of MSA (Meat Standards Australia) our consistently highest quality market.
BJA helped pioneer domestic feedlot contracts over 20 years ago and to this day our clients are the largest supplier to this market in Australia.
That is a snapshot of our business, enjoy our website, all the staff are very involved. I encourage you to "like" us on Facebook.
